Alexandria Manoff
Alexandria (Sunny) Manoff, 84, of Canton passed away Sunday, February 19th, in Aultman Hospital following a one week illness.
Sunny was born in Canton, on September 4, 1927, the daughter of the late Anthony and Sophia (Germanoff) Couzoff. Also preceded in death by her husband George J. Manoff, whom she married November 16, 1952 died May 3, 1992, 1 son James Manoff, 3 sisters, Catherine Apostoloff, Stephanka Nickoloff, and Mary Pogoncheff.
Former owner of Manoff's Service and Towing of Canton and a member of The Delta Chapter of the Eastern Star of Canton and the MPO.
Survived by daughter Stephanie (John) Whitacre; son Mikel (Toni) Manoff both of Canton; sister Helen Pandoff of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; 4 grandchildren, James (fiancé Haley Koenig), Mikel II, Matt, Nick Manoff, numerous nephews and nieces including Nancy (Alex) Sedon and Sophie (Italo) Ventura both of Canton.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00am on Thursday, February 23, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home, with Rev. Paul Johnson officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday 5-8pm also in the funeral home where The Delta Chapter of the Eastern Star will hold a service at 8pm. Burial in Forrest Hill Cemetery. Sunny's family would like to thank the staff at Aultman Dialysis Center on Tuscarawas Ave. and the Hyperbaric staff also at Aultman Hospital.
