Amelia Augustine

Amelia A Augustine, 96, of Canton, passed away Monday, December 22nd, at Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Amelia was born in Canton on April 6, 1918, of the late John and Katherine (Vaclav) Novak, also preceded in death by her husband Paul Augustine, who died in 1980; a sister Margaret Machuga; and a brother John Novak.  Employed for forty years as a Bearing Inspector for the Timken Company retiring in 1980. Member of the former St. Paul's Catholic Church of Canton and its Alter Rosary Society. Survived by daughter Theresa (Dick) Rohrer of Knoxville, TN; four sons Paul (Carolyn) Augustine of Canton, Ronald Augustine of Navarre, John Augustine of Canton, Alex Augustine of Canton; three sisters Mary Bauman of Columbus,  Helen Efanti of Canton. Norma Raus of Newport Beach, CA; brother Donald Novak of Canton; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.
