Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Frazier, 72, of Alliance, Ohio passed away Sunday, June 18th, in her home. Born in West Virginia on April 17, 1951, a daughter of the late Harlis Butler Groce and Patsy Kathleen (Asbury) Blodgett, also preceded in death by brother Wayne Groce. An amazing mother and proud recovered alcoholic, she raised her children to have a strong work ethic and to love fiercely while embracing her sobriety. She enjoyed bowling with her brother, playing cards with the family, watching cooking shows and all the best old soap operas while sittin' around with a hot black cup of coffee. Bobbie was witty, sassy and made friends everywhere she went. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Trish and David Pickard Jr, of Daggett, California, both of whom she was very close with; son Jack D. Lamont III, of Napoleon, Ohio; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as her best friend and roommate, Edna, of the home and many other loving friends. A virtual celebration of life will be held at a later date.
