Bradford  Croston

Bradford  Croston, 79, of Canton passed away Sunday, July 22nd, in the Mercy Medical Center following a lengthy illness.

Bradford was born in Philippi, West Virginia on January 25, 1933, the son of the late LeRoy and Dora Bell (Dalton) Croston, also preceded in death by 4 sisters and 5 brothers. Retired from Laborers Local 1015 where he was employed as a laborer and their business agent. A former member of the Church of God Saints in Christ Church of Canton.


Survived by his wife, Vera  (Tiedemann) Croston to whom he was married to for 26 years; 3 daughters Linda Mayle of Canton, Sheila Parsons of Navarre, Hope Kennedy of Canton; 3 sons David Croston, Eric Croston both of Massillon, Gerald Bowe of Canton; sister-in-law Perry of E. Canton; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Dr. Iqbal, Dr. Bhargava and the staff at Mercy Medical Center for their loving care.



Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 25th, in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin "Jack" Mayle  officiating.  Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 PM, July 24th., also in the funeral home. Burial in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
