Candys April Downing-Plamer, born April 13th, 1955, of Cleveland Ohio to parents Donna Pauline Karr (Cleveland) and Kenneth Ronald Downing (Ireland), Passed on August 23rd, 2020. Preceeded in death by  her husband Charles R. Palmer Jr in April of 2020. She is survived by loving daughters Taylor (29 of Canton) and Victoria (40 of Cleveland) along with beloved grandchildren Alexxis (19), Alexzander (15), Zakkery (10), Addiesyn (6) and dogs Ruby, Thor and Loki. She was a proud mother and grandmother and would brag to anyone who would listen. She was a strong woman, putting the needs of others before her own. Candys was a jack of all trades, her careers covering the medical and law enforcement fields with her most recent as a home health aid before retiring. She was an avid dog lover who never met a margarita she didn't like. Her personality always lit up the room. She enjoyed having a good time and making others laugh. She will be honored and remembered by the family and friends whom she loved to the moon and back. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
