Carol B Horton 53, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, July 26th, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Canton, on December 14, 1962, a daughter of the late James and Julia (Ward) Horton, also preceded in death by her lifetime partner and love of her life Joe L Solomon, and brother Stevie Horton. Survived by 4 daughters Chante Palmer, Tisha Horton, Tamia Horton, Marquita (Terrell) West; 2 sons Ronald Horton, and Chauncie Lige; 6 sisters June (Ernest) Solomon, Sophia, Katie (Suge) Hill, Rachael (Shawn) Jackson, Shirley (Jesse) Brown, Olivia (Walter) Johnson; sister-in-law Anita Horton; 3 brothers Pete (Brenda) Horton, Michael Horton, and James Horton, Jr.; and 20 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 3pm in the Mt. Zion Church of God, 1208 Sherrick Rd SE, Canton, Ohio 44707 with Pastor Pressley officiating.
