Carol Barbara Ramsey, 70, of Massillon, passed away Thursday, December 2nd in her home, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Cloquet, Minnesota on December 22, 1950, a daughter of the late Martin and Merle (Kilian) Schmidt, also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ramsey and brother James Schmidt. Carol was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was famous for her signature catch phrase, "Well Yeah".  Survived by 3 daughters Jackie Thomas, Roberta Kelly Kane, Samantha Kane; sister Judy (Wendel) Haven; 6 grandchildren Aaron, Abby, Ryan, Paige, Lindsay, and Robbie.
