Carol A. Smith
Carol A. Smith, 51, of Canton passed away on Thursday, October 3, at her residence following a four-month illness.
Carol was a lifelong resident of Canton, born on April 16, 1962, the daughter of the late William E. and Mary (Kimble) Wayt Sr.; also preceded in death by a sister Chorletta Wayt, and a brother Rodney Wayt. Carol was employed at Biery Cheese as a weigh-out scale operator for the past three years.
Survived by two daughters Jennifer Smith of Jacksonville, FL, Jessica Smith of the home; a son Jason Smith of Canton; one sister Judith (John) Adkins of Waynesburg; seven brothers Ernie, Terry, Francis (Brenda), Danny (Debbie), Bill and Charles (Carol) Wayt all of Canton, Robert (Jennifer) Long of Clarington; as well as two granddaughters Jordan and Jazmine.
All services are private.
