Carolyn D. Mayle, 74, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, December 31st, in the Altercare of Louisville Nursing Home following a 2 month illness. Carolyn was born in Philippi, West Virginia  on September 9, 1940, a daughter of Mable C. (Croston) Adams of Louisville and the late Dorsey Adams, Sr., also preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Mayle, died November, 1999 grandson Jeremy Mayle, in 2006, and a daughter in law  Lora Mayle,  in 2010.  Besides her mother she is survived by daughter Ava (Ron) Klonowski; 2 sons Rory Mayle, John Mayle all of Louisville; brother Dorsey Adams Jr., of Canton; 4 grandchildren. Friends may call Saturday (Today), from 5-7 PM, January 3rd., in the Waltner - SIMCHAK Funeral Home,and Sunday from 12-2 PM January 4th., in the Stemple and Forman Funeral Home, Philippi, West Virginia , where a Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM.
