Carolyn Marie Sloat, 72, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, February 19th, at her residence. Born in Canton on September 29, 1947, a daughter of the late William Sr. and Marie (Carni) Stutler, also preceded in death by her long time companion Samuel Wright, sister Joann Graham, 4 brothers Paul Stutler, William Stutler Jr., Howard Stutler, and Jeff Stutler. Survived by daughter Theresa (Ray Pasters) Sloat; son Scott Sloat, all of Canton; 3 sisters Monica (Rob) Marks, of Minerva, Madline Knepper, of Canton, Brenda (Bill) Jackson, of Beach City; brother Harry Stutler, of Canton; along with 2 grandchildren Heather and Justin.
