Cathy Sue Curry, 66, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, February 14 2024 at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care, after a short but tough battle with cancer. Born May 15, 1957, a daughter of the late Earl and Carol (Compher) Ward, also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Bertram. Survived by her children Nicole (Thomas), Jessica (Keith), Bryan (Lisa), Aimee (Mike) ; as well as 3 sisters, 1 brother; her beloved grandchildren and best friend Katie. Cathy worked most of her life in food service, most recently at Ferraro's where she gained life long friendships. Calling hours will be held from 10 AM until Noon on Thursday, February 22nd, in the Waltner Simchak Funeral Home. Family and friends will be invited to speak starting at Noon. Burial will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Waltner Simchak Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
