Cayden Lewis, infant son of Leo Lewis and Diana Nicole Johnson, passed away January 27th, at Aultman hospital surrounded by loved ones. Proceeded in death by grandmother Terri Johnson. Besides his parents he is survived by sister Terri Lewis; 2 brothers Domantas Johnson, Leo Lewis; cousin Kiera Moore; uncle Kenny Moore and aunt Kristin Brown as well as other family members. No services are scheduled at this time.
