Cecil Edward Newell Jr. passed away at Mercy Medical Center, November 3rd; one month after his loving wife of 47 years, Sandra Lynn Newell, together again. Preceded in death by father Cecil E. Newell Sr; 2 brothers Roy Newell and Joseph Newell. Survived by 2 daughters Marie (Rob) Newell; April (Tyrone) Newell; son Cecil Newell III; as well as 5 grandchildren Jacob, Cody (Arianna), Kyle (Clay), Cecil, and Kelsey, all of whom he loved very much. He is also survived by many friends including special longtime friend Billy (Clinton) Millsap. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
