Chad Lee Fitzgerald, 38, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on (date). Born in Canton on November 22, 1984, a son of Clark and Brenda (Piatt) Fitzgerald. Besides his parents, he is survived by 2 daughters Emily and Khloe; brother Travis Scott Fitzgerald; as well as numerous aunts; uncles; cousins; family members; and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
