Charleen A Kapper (DeVaul) born in Canton to Okey and Esther DeVaul in 1938. Raised at Fairmount Childrens Home in Alliance from 1945 to 1956. Preceded in death by her husband Gary, a daughter Crystal Wilson. 3 brothers Jack, Fred, and Wayne DeVaul, a great grandson John Mayle and her mother Esther (Devaul) Smith. Survived by 4 children. Patricia and Terry Bey, Wendy Manley, Jack Mowder II, Jamie Riggle. Many nieces and nephews, 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednesday September 29th in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens at 1:00 pm with Pastor Linda Hines officiating.
