Charles W Hooper, 55, of Canton, passed away Monday, November 28th, at Mercy Medical Center.  Born in New Lexington, on November 22, 1961, a son of the late Charles and Betty (Braley) Hooper. Also preceded in death by brothers Leonard Phillips and Duane Phillips. Survived by his wife Joyce Hooper; 4 daughters June Dowdell, Susan Dowdell, Joyce Dowdell, Wilma Dowdell;  Son Clarence Dowdell; 3 brothers Robert Hooper, of Louisville, Bill Phillips, Donnie Phillips, both of Senecaville. There will be a family memorial service at a later date.
