Che' Lamar Young, 46, of Massillon, passed away Friday, May 16th, at Aultman Hospital. Born in Canton on June 21, 1978, a son of Denise Young and the late Robert L Young, Jr. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Dante Young. Che' was a lover of music, video games, working out, and enjoyed watching movies. Most of all, he loved his wife and his one and only son. Besides his mother, he is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Miriam Young; son, Che' Lamar Young II; 2 sisters, Mia Young, Danetra (Dennis) Gates Freeman; 3 nephews, Deja Young, Dante Young Jr., Naquan Brackett; niece, Aniya Young; as well as other loving family members and friends. A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, in the Waltner-Simchak Funeral home at 12pm. Friends and family may call one hour prior to services in the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Massillon.
