Cheryl L. Jacobs, 77, of Wadsworth, passed away Monday, November 4th, 2024 at Akron City Hospital. She was born on January 16th, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Harold W. Longfellow and Alice E. Stonebrook. She is survived by her grandson, Michael Burson,  whom she resided with, and granddaughter Mackenzie Burson and a great granddaughter Riley. Cheryl was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Whenever she was with her family she would always joke around, and have a smile on her face. Her laugh was so contagious and she had this spunky personality that just radiated the room. Her love for helping people in need truly showed how compassionate and caring she was. You could always find her working in her yard, painting, making crafts or rescuing animals. One thing she truly valued was being on her property in Kimbolton, Ohio the last twenty years. Her property brought her a lot of peace, sunshine and memories that she will carry with her forever. She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Rick Jacobs, son Michael Burson, 2 brothers Larry and Ronnie, and 2 sisters Ginny and Patsy. No services will be held at this time.
