Christopher A Metzger, 54, of Paris, passed away Thursday, June 30th, at Aultman Hospital. Born in Canton on May 22, 1968, a son of Sherry (Gary) Metzger and Kenneth (Lynn) Rhodes. Preceded in death by granddaughter Abby. Employed for many years with Bosler Construction. Known to many around him as "Whiskey Chris" or his C.B. radio handle "Moo Cow", Chris enjoyed riding motorcycles, International tractors, Elvis Presley, and "his buddy Jim". Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife Michele A. (McGrath) Metzger; daughter Taylar (Josh Ritz) Metzger, of Canton; 2 sons Brandon (Amy) McGrath, Steven Metzger, all of Malvern; 2 sisters Cindy (Bill) Dews, Lisa Rhodes; 4 brothers Thomas Malone, Michael Rhodes, Christopher Rhodes, Adam Rhodes; 3 grandchildren Cade, Zach, Makenna; mother and father-in-law Gloria and Perry Marteney; as well as many aunts; uncles; cousins; family members; and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
