Cindy Kay Capocci, 69, of Bolivar passed away Sunday, May 3rd. Born on November 19, 1956 a daughter of the late Arthur L. and Carol L. (Sorenser) Billman. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by 3 brothers Edward Alan Billman Jr., Arthur L. Billman Jr. and David J. Billman. Cindy was a beloved mother and wife, cherished by her son and husband, and will be deeply missed beyond measure. Cindy dedicated much of her career to the U.S. Department of State, serving as a secretary for ambassadors and contributing to diplomatic efforts across several countries. As an American diplomat, she took great pride in her role, working to support international relations with integrity and care. Survived by husband of 33 years Danny Capocci; son Tim (Crystal) Samblanet; sister Linda Slusher as well as other family members and friends. Per her wishes no services will be held at this time.
