Obituary
Dale A. Koon, 69, of Canton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April, 27, in Aultman Hospital.
Dale was born in Parkersburg, WV on March 1, 1943, the son of the late Amos and Josephine (Griffith) Koon, besides his parents he is preceded in death by 3 brothers Lawrence, Darrell, and Carl Koon.
Dale was employed for 25 years at Monarch Rubber until its closing, a member of the FOE 2223 of N. Canton and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survived by his loving wife Dolores J. (Bowen) Koon whom he married 46 years ago; a son Dale A. Koon II of Canton; two sisters Shirley Anderson of Parkersburg, WV., Linda (John) Pound of VA.; and a brother Gerry Koon of Parkersburg, WV. As per Dale's wishes no public services will be held.
