David Lynn Elkins, 61, of Bowerston, passed away Wednesday, January 8th, at Bowerston Hills Nursing Home. Born in Delaware, Ohio on March 14, 1958, a son of the late Frank Edward and Edna Mae (Delay) Elkins. A lover and collector of wolves he enjoyed snow boarding. David is survived by close friends Chris (Danielle) Miller, Parker Miller, Casper Miller, Leah Harris, all of Mansfield, Valerie Bennett; best friends David "Andy" and Vickie Hanners, of Mansfield.
