David Lee Moore, 69, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, April 30th, at the Divine Hall of Fame Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Canton, on January 8, 1956, a son of the late Leonard C. and Ruth E. (Davis) Moore. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, George Moore and by his niece, Shelly Yokum. David served honorably for the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany.He was an avid lover of fishing as well as hunting, and loved his grandchildren dearly. Survived by daughter Renee Moore; sister Merinda (Randy) Mayle; 2 brothers Jim (Mary) Moore, Gregory (Nancy) Moore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Briana Moore, Jatavious Walters, Ryan, Trey, Trina, & Amaya Anderson; 6 great-grandchildren, Zayden Moore, Supreme Richardson, Legend & Rylo Anderson, Javarius & Jayden Miles; 4 nephews, Scott Moore, Randy Mayle, Victor & George Pickared; 6 nieces, Amanda, Trudy & Nicole Moore, Patricia Swogger, Kelly Losey, Glenda Grogg; as well as other loving family members and friends. No services will be held at this time.
