David "Bulldog" Vogel, 77, of Massillon, passed away Tuesday, December 17th, at Hanover Healthcare Center. Born in Canton, on September 11, 1947, a son of the late Denver Vogel and Mary (Bradford) Hanenkrat. David was a devoted McKinley Bulldogs fan for his entire life. He is survived by 3 stepsons, 3 stepdaughters, including special daughter Theresa, as her and David's best friend, Dawn, cared for him during his journey. He is also survived by other loving friends and family. Aside from his parents he is preceded in death by his former wife Mary Vogel, stepson Gary Huntsman, brothers Steve McCrea and Denny Vogel, sister Carol Klotz, as well as his beloved dog, Baby. No services will be held at this time.
