Dawn Rose Carrier, 36, of Newcomerstown, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 23rd. Born in El Centro, California on January 19, 1987, a daughter of Jay Carrier Sr. and the late Tina Marie Woodruff. Besides her father, she is survived by long time companion Richard Brumfield; daughter Alanna Brumfield; son Ritchie Brumfield, both of the home; sister Tiffany Caruth, of Doylestown; 2 brothers Jay Carrier Jr., of Lorain, and Dakota Woodruff USMC, stationed in California. No services will be held at this time.
