Dawn Marie Osterman, 44, of Navarre, passed away Tuesday, July 16th, at her home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Bay City, Michigan on February 11, 1975, a daughter of Barbara (Bruce) and the late William Irving. Besides her mother she is also survived by husband William Osterman; 1 daughter Alicia Osterman; 2 sons Tyler (Natasha) Osterman, Joe Osterman, all of the home; 1 sister Stephanie (Darryl) Douglas, of Bay City, Michigan and 1 brother William Irving Jr, of Navarre.  Two celebration of life services will be held. The first will be held starting 1PM on Wednesday, July, 24th at 7482 Justus Ave SW, Navarre, OH. The second will be held starting 1PM on Saturday, July 27th at 1215 S Wolf Rd Columbia City, IN.
