Deborah M. Shahan, 69, of Canton, passed away Monday, August 30th, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Dover on June 7, 1952, a daughter of the late Clarence and  Estelle Abel, also preceded in death by sister Bert Hamilton and 3 brothers Junior Abel, John Abel and Wilbur Abel. An avid bingo player, she will be greatly missed. Survived by loving husband Wayman Shahan, son Johnny (Jackie) Shahan, of Canton; 2 brothers LeRoy (Betty) Abel, of Bolivar and Donnie Abel, of Mineral City as well as several grandchildren.
