Donald G. Jones, 65, of Canton passed away March 19, 2026 at Aultman Hospital. Born on May 15, 1960 a son of the late Donald and Wilma (Jacobs) Jones. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by sister Tammie Jones and niece Katrina Jones. Donald loved spending his time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. One of his favorite places was simply "the river," where he found peace casting a line into the water. More than anything, he cherished the moments he shared there with his family and friends, making lasting memories in a place he truly loved. Survived by daughter Tacy Popick; son Donald (Mindy) Jones; 3 brothers Ronald (Mary Garcia) Jones, Scott (Laura Hane) Jones, Robert Jones; 3 grandchildren Atlas, Jace, Scarlett Rose; mother of his daughter Nikki Popick as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. No services will be held at this time.
