Donnie Curtis Mayle

Donnie Curtis Mayle, 55, of Canton passed away on Wednesday, August 28, at his residence following an extended illness.  Donnie was born in Cleveland on February 7, 1958, the son of the late Donnie and Bernice (Newman) Mayle.

Besides his parents, preceded in death by his wife of 28 years, Nancy Jo Mayle, died November 20, 2006,  grandparents Icie and Wence Newman, Essie and Sell Mayle and brother Anthony Wayne Mayle. Curt graduated from Canton South High School, class of 1977; employed with CDG and Acro Rubber; member of the Laborers Local 1015; in his free time, enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, driving his Jaguar and spending time with his family. He had a way with words and could always make you smile; he was a friend to all.

Survived by two sons Eric (Melissa Simcic) Mayle of E. Canton and Christopher Mayle of of the home; a sister Aundrea (Norm) Stutler of Canton and granddaughter Carli Jo.

Funeral Services will be held in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home at 1 PM on Wednesday, September 4th, with Rev. Marvin "Jack" Mayle and Pastor Ron Mayle officiating.
