Edgar E. Partlow, 77, of Canton, passed away Friday, November 6th, at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care Center following a lengthy illness. Born in Flushing, OH on July 3, 1943, a son of the late Carl and Eileen (Lacey) Partlow. Edgar served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Survived by his wife Frances L. (Anderson) Partlow, married February 17, 1979; 4 daughters Tammy Silvey, of Canal Fulton, Rose (Tim Maguire) Mulqueen, of Jackson, Donna (Bruce) Vaughn, of Norton, Holly (Cliff) Schoenfeld, of Canal Fulton; son Joshua (Nicole) Partlow, of Massillon; 2 sisters Judy (Fred) Schreiber, of Cleveland, Jean (Pete) Senate, of Millersburg; and 9 grandchildren. A private committal service will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
