Edna P. Tichenor

Edna P. (Polly) Tichenor, 78, of East Canton passed away Thursday, January 30, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Edna was born in Unicoi, TN on December 26, 1935, the daughter of the late Elijah and Leola (Holbrook) Campbell; also preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Clarence (John) Tichenor, died August 16, 2013; sister Nadine Hall and brother Eugene Campbell. She retired from The Hoover Company of North Canton where she had worked for many years.

Mother of three, Larry (Holly) Tichenor of Perry Twp., Brenda Swartz of Canal Fulton, and Pamela (Dan) Dean of Columbus; grandmother of four:  Jennifer, Hilary, Haley and Kristen and great grandmother of seven. Also survived by two sisters Carolyn Boley of Marietta, Peggy Bernet of The Colony, TX; a brother Elijah Campbell II of Missouri, and sister-in-law Genevieve Arnett.
