Edward Jon Maciag Jr., 77, of North Canton, passed away Friday, November 26th, at Aultman Hospital. Born in Canton on October 30, 1944, a son of the late Edward Maciag Sr. and Mary Haas, also preceded in death by step mother Opal Junka; 2 sisters Marilyn Maciag, Peggy Naughton; 4 uncles Stan, Jess, Lee, Emmer and 3 aunts Helen, Sophie, and Dorthy. Served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Survived by brother Robert (Nancy) Maciag; 2 nieces Kathy Pucci, Amy Prater and aunt Florence Johnston. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 4th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home. Friends may call 1 hour prior to services. Burial will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery.
