Eugene "Jeep" Cucerzan, 99, of Canton, passed away Friday, January 24th, at Aultman Hospital. Born in Canton, on October 20, 1925, a son of the late Nicholas Cucerzan and Stena Barson. Aside from his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Nafty Curzan. Jeep proudly served in the U.S Navy as a RM 2/c for 2 years in WWII, stationed in Adak, Alaska. Survived by daughter Cathy Cucerzan Green; son David (Barbara) Cucerzan; brother Alex Cucerzan; 7 grandchildren Crystal, Shelley, Eric, Ryan, Melissa, Jacob, Stephanie; 15 great-grandchildren; as well as other family members and friends. The family would like to extend a thank you to Canton Regency to all their staff for their care. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 29th, in the First Christian Church, 6900 Market Ave N, Canton, OH. 44721, at 12:30pm. Family and friends may call one hour prior.
