Eugene "Gino" Wilson, 72, of Canton, passed away peacefully Friday, October 13th, following a year of declining health due to diabetes. Born in Canton on April 19, 1945, son of the late Eugene and Mamie (Rhine) Wilson. A 1963 graduate of Lehman High School and was employed as a truck driver at Esber Beverage for 32 years before retiring in 2003. He is survived by  his wife Shelley (Riley) Wilson, married  March 27th, 1965, daughter Keiva Gray, of Akron, 2 sons Chip (Val) Wilson, of Malvern, Chris (Tricia) Wilson, of Virginia, sister Dawn (Lance) Lewis, of Hartville, brother Bernie (Bobbie) Wilson, of North Canton; also survived by 2 grandchildren Kaysee and Luke, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Per his wishes he will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held Sunday November 5th, from 3-5pm at VFW Post 3747, 1935 Mahoning Rd. NE Canton, OH 44705.
