Fax  Kennedy, 83, of East Canton passed away Monday, September 5th, 2011 suddenly at his residence, following a lengthy illness.

Born in Philippi, WV on November 7, 1927, the son of the late Jesse and Clara (Croston) Kennedy, also proceeded in death by his brother, Emwood Kennedy.

Formerly employed in construction with Laborers Local 1015 of Canton.

Fax is survived by his wife of 65 years,  Beatrice  (Mayle) Kennedy, two daughters, Charlotte Kennedy of the home; Wyneva (Rex) Mayle of Alliance; one son, Sheldon (Trevia) Kennedy of East Canton;  6 Grandsons, 12 great-grandchildren three brothers, Hanson (Alma) Kennedy, Rick (Connie) Kennedy, and Teddy (Trish) Kennedy, all of Philippi, WV.

Funeral Services will be held at the Sanctuary Church of God, 6535 Maplebrook St., East Canton, at 7pm on Thursday, September 8th,  with Rev. Steven Stewart officiating.  Friends are invited to call from 5pm until time of services also on Thursday in the church.
