Forest Jay Milhoan, 84, of Louisville, passed away Monday, December 25th, at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Born in Barnesville, Ohio on October 18, 1939, a son of the late  Forest L. and Sylvia Marie (Adkison) Milhoan, also preceded in death by 8 of his brothers and sisters. He worked for Canton Oil Well as a truck driver for several years. Survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Susan (Needs) Milhoan; daughter Debra Lynn Mosher (David); son Stephen Milhoan (Denise); as well as 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. No services will be held at this time.
