Frank E. Alltop, 85, of Navarre, passed away Saturday, January 26th, at Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness. Born in Glenville, WV on September 4, 1933, a son of the late Jesse and Mary Ethel (Reed) Alltop, also preceded in death by his companion of 34 years, Virginia Define, along with numerous sisters and brothers Retired from Nickels Bakery, of Navarre, as well as being a former bricklayer. Survived by his caregiver Paula Margazano, of Navarre; sister Mavadell Easterling, of Massillon; and many other loving family member and friends. Services will be held at a later date.
