Frank Leslie Phillips, 55, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, July 13th. Born in Canton, January 16, 1966, a son of Dorie M. (Coleman) and the late Frank J. Phillips Jr. Frank was the owner of the former Joe's Bar and Grill. Besides his mother he is survived by 2 daughters Samantha Lilenfield, Meredith Lilenfield and brother Robert (Jackie) Phillips, all of Canton as well as beloved dog Moo. There will be no services at this time.
