Franklin E. Billman, 57, of Canton, passed away Sunday, May 19th,at his home. Born in Canton on August 20, 1961, a son of the late Melvin G. Sr and Ida (Schumaker) Billman, also proceeded in death by 3 brothers Melvin Jr (Sonny), Bob and John and sister Hester Snyder. Survived by 3 daughters Nicole R Billman, DoraLee (Michael) Dennis, Kim Billman, 2 sons Frank E Billman II and Allan Billman brother Paul Billman many nieces and nephews grandchildren Alexus Hill, Micheal Billman, Praze Walker, Ryleigh Mitchell, Landrea Dennis, Richard Lee Mitchel Jr, Ella Pappas, Aniyah Pappas, Gideon Dennis and great-granddaughter Avah Julianna Cherrine.
