Fred C. Armstrong, 59, of Canton, passed away Friday, April 3rd at the Legends of Massillon. Born on November 17, 1966 a son of the late Randall Armstrong and Shirley McHenry. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by step father Richard D. McHenry. Fred loved sports, especially watching The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Browns, and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Later, he became a Cincinnati Bengals fan thanks to his youngest daughter. He also coached his daughter's softball team for 10 years and truly loved watching her play. Sports were something he enjoyed, but the time he spent with his family, especially at games and on the field, meant the most to him. Survived by 3 daughters Jennifer (Cory) Rudy, Cassandra Armstrong, Randi (Noah) Johnson; sister Beth Armstrong; 5 grandchildren Jayden, Jaxson, Skylar, Paxton, Penelope; niece Elizabeth Armstrong as well as other family members and friends.
