Gary L McKendree, Sr., 68, of Canton, passed away Sunday, November 26th, at Mercy Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Born in Pennsylvania on July 21, 1949, a son of the late Blantina Lucy and Whitey Clifford; also preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Shuman, grandson Darrell Jones Jr. Employed as a self-employed contractor for most of his life. Survived by his wife Pamela (Shuman) McKendree, daughter Victoria Jones, of Canton; son Gary Lee McKendree Jr.; sister Joan Mayle, of Canton; 2 brothers Christopher Clifford, Gregory Clifford, both of Canton; also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
