Hilda Rose Hite, 82, of Canton, passed away Monday, January 8th, at her home. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on February 16, 1941, a daughter of the late Russell and Irene (Ogden) Holt, also preceded in death by her husband William Charles Hite, and 2 sons Charles and William Hite. Survived by daughter Hattie Midcap; sister Lorina Eller,  both of Canton; brother David Holt, of South Carolina.one grandchild; 3 great-grandchildren; and many other family members; and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Friday, January 12th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home with Pastor Shirley Kasler officiating. Calling hours will be held 2 hours prior to services.
