IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jack D
Lineberry
October 30, 1962 – March 22, 2026
Jack D. Lineberry, 63, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 22 at Summa Hospital in Akron. Born in Dover, on October 30, 1962, he was the son of the late Jack Sr. and Jean (Collinsworth) Lineberry. Jack was a man of many talents-a true jack of all trades-who could fix, build, or figure out just about anything he set his mind to. From 1983 to 1986, Jack honorably served his country in the United States Army, achieving the rank of E4. His time in the military was a source of pride and shaped the strong, resilient man so many knew and admired. Jack had a deep love for animals, you could find him feeding the neighborhood's stray cats. As he would say, "he liked animals more than people". Jack's love for his Harley motorcycle was more than just a hobby, it was a part of who he was. He cherished the freedom of the open road, the rumble of the engine beneath him, and the sense of peace that came with every ride. Whether he was cruising through town or taking a long ride with no particular destination, those moments on his bike were where he felt most alive. He took great pride in his motorcycle, keeping it well-maintained and ready for the next adventure, and it often served as a reflection of his independent spirit and love for life. In addition, Jack enjoyed keeping up with politics, always engaged in conversation and eager to share his thoughts and perspectives. As Jack would also say, "F***, Joe Biden." He is survived by son Devin (Veronica) Lineberry; 2 daughters Aliesha (Joe) Davis, Deanna (Alan) Harris; sister Stacey (Sean) Blazer; brother John Lineberry; 10 grandchildren Haven, Alyus, Alanna, Olivia, Dean, Charlie, Cayden, Gunner, Baylee, Trent; niece Dorrian; his beloved dog, Thor; as well as other loving family members and friends.
