James Tracy Owen, Sr, 52, of Waynesburg, passed away Tuesday, December 19th, at Aultman Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Bellefontaine, OH on December 16, 1965, a son of the late James Theodore and Betty Jean (Saylor) Owen, also preceded in death by half-sister Rene Barnhart and half-brother Alan Ratcliff. Survived by his former wife Lucy Sams, of North Lewisburg, OH; son James T Owen Jr, of North Lewisburg; half-sister Shelley Burns, of Troy, OH; half-brother Tony Osborne, of Sidney, OH; along with special friend and caregiver Monica Lovell, of Waynesburg.  No services will be held at this time.
