James Ross Smith, 74, of Bolivar, passed away, August 14th at his home. Born in Springfield, Missouri on February 11, 1946, a son of the late Milferd and Rosie (Milligan) Smith, also preceded in death by wife Paula K (Murgatroyd) Smith and brother Chris Smith. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a SGT in the Vietnam Conflict. Survived by daughter Jamie Smith, of the home; 3 grandchildren James, Kathryn, Matthew; 5 great-grandchildren Alex, Hudson, Hunter, Sophia and Conner. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
