James Harold Whaley Jr, 49, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 16th. Born in Canton on April 20, 1968, a son of the late James Harold Sr and  Mary Anne (Taggert) Whaley, also preceded in death by 2 sisters Teresa Whaley and Annette Whaley. Besides his wife, Nicole A Whaley, he is survived by daughter Marianne Whaley of the home; grandson Jordan Thompson; 2 sons James Whaley III. Sean Paul Whaley; sister Vonda (Jeff) Burghy, all of Canton; along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.  No services will be held at this time.
