Jan E. Horn, 51, of Canton passed away Tuesday, March 12th, 2013 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Jan was born in Canton on September 16, 1961.
Preceded in death by her mother Arlene (Mercer) Hiles-McFarren and stepfather Bob McFarren.
Survived by her father Joseph Hiles of Salem; a daughter Kristina Horn of Jackson Twp; three sons Michael Krowchak of Canton, Anthony (Sara Davis) Krowchak of Louisville, Danny (Jenny) Horn of North Canton; three grandsons Joshua Anthony Krowchak, Dexter Daniel Horn, Matthew Davis; sister Jolene (Mario) Goulet of North Canton; brother Joseph Hiles of Louisville; niece Leah Goulet and nephew Joseph Hiles Jr.
Private services will be held at a later date.
