Jo Anne C. (Miku) McClure, 80, of Louisville, went home to reside at the side of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, joining her mother, father, and beloved husband, Freddie (Sam) McClure. She leaves behind her four children: Freddie (Josie) McClure, John (Cindy) McClure, Michael McClure, and Michele (Bill) Reinhart. Her life was blessed with five grandsons and one granddaughter as well as the two lovely women who married into the family and blessed her with 3 great-grandchildren.
Jo-Anne lived a life of service, her mission was to feed the hungry, co-coordinated a Meals on Wheels program, worked with the Salvation Army, and had a mission: dedicated to feeding and clothing any who asked. She never met a stranger and was as generous with her hugs as she was her possessions. Many in town will remember the lady who used to stop at their garage sales and ask for the leftovers to be donated to her mission where everything was freely given away. She lived her life to glorify the Lord whom she loved and served. Per her wishes no services will be held. Her family requests any who so choose to make a donation to the Hunger Center of their choice in memory of her. "..well done, good and faithful servant…" (Matthew 25:23).
