Joanne Virginia Dean, 73, of Magnolia, passed away Sunday, March 15th, in her home. Born in Syracuse, New York on July 20, 1946, a daughter of the late Norman Harding and  Bealah (Besanson) Bishop, also preceded in death by husband Tim Dean Sr., brother Edward Besanson and grandson Shawn Griffin, and long time partner Annette Paulus. Survived by: 2 daughters Kimberly (Pat) Dalton, of Magnolia, Heather Anne Dean, of East Sparta; 2 sons Timothy E (Nancy) Dean Jr, of North Canton, Michael Allen (Linda) Dean, of Plain Township; sister Terry (Roland) Stever, of Hastings, New York; 2 brothers Mark (Debbie) Harding, of Perry, Donald Harding, of Ocala, Florida, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
