John William Fraley, 81, of Alliance, passed away Sunday, October 9th, at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Born in Van Wert on March 21, 1941, a son of the late James E. and Pauline (Royer) Fraley, also preceded in death by wife Lupe (Ortiz) Fraley. A member of Alliance Presbyterian Church, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Survived by 2 daughters Lisa (Stacey) Dias, of Alliance, Lesley (Frank) Sisneros, of Pueblo, Colorado; step daughter Deby Dunn, of Xenia; 2 sisters Roxie (Bob) Ballard, of Dayton, Paulette (Jerry) Edster, of North Carolina; 4 brothers Phil (Rosemary) Fraley, of Pennsylvania, Rick (Pam) Fraley, Rodney (Deb) Fraley, all of Dayton, Mark Fraley, of Brookville; 8 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
